Soy Sauce Duo – light & dark (2 × 100 ml)

Our two soy sauces as a duo: the light and the dark soy sauce, 100 ml each. For comparing, combining, and a lovely gift for anyone who loves to cook.

Light soy sauce (100 ml): aged 6 months. Delicate, fruity and balanced. Ideal for dressings, soups, vegetables and light dishes.
Ingredients: water, WHEAT, SOYBEANS, salt

Dark soy sauce (100 ml): aged 12 months. Bold, full-bodied, with a gentle sweetness and deep umami. Perfect for ramen, marinades, mushrooms and BBQ.
Ingredients: water, EINKORN (wheat), SOYBEANS, salt

Both traditionally fermented, handcrafted and unpasteurised. May contain traces of nuts.

Note: Refrigerate after opening (4–8 °C).
