Our AL-Gomasio is a handcrafted sesame-salt blend with dulse seaweed and a subtle chilli heat – inspired by Japanese gomasio. The dulse seaweed adds a natural depth of the sea and extra umami, setting this topping apart from ordinary seasoning blends.
Developed as the ideal topping for tempeh, but works just as well on salads, bowls, soups and rice dishes. As a table seasoning it quickly becomes the secret ingredient for everyone who loves umami.
