Cancellation policy
Some items in our shop are offered as subscriptions or pre-orders. These cancellation terms explain how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you subscribe, you receive recurring monthly deliveries of your order, starting from the date of your first purchase. Your payment details are securely stored. Each delivery is invoiced unless you pay in advance. Subscriptions automatically renew with each order.
If you no longer wish to continue a subscription, you can pause it, skip a delivery, or cancel it entirely. There is no notice period. You can cancel, pause, or skip at any time, as long as the next order has not already been processed. Your order confirmation emails include links to your order, where you can manage your subscription, or you can do so directly through the login area on lazybean.de.

Pre-Orders
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not yet in stock but will be available soon. During checkout, we may not charge the full payment immediately or may only take a partial payment, while securely storing your payment method to charge the remaining balance at a later date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order as long as it has not yet been processed.
