Our green pea tempeh is the most intense and complex in our range – with a pronounced mushroom note and a depth that surprises. It has little in common with the typical taste of a pea.
Handcrafted in Hamburg using regionally sourced green peas – soy-free, gluten-free and free from additives.
Preparation: Cut into cubes or strips and fry in oil over medium heat. Takes bold marinades and strong flavours very well – try it with a splash of soy sauce or a spicy marinade.
