    • 150g black bean tempeh , chopped
    • 1/2 bell pepper, finely diced
    • Canned corn
    • Fresh chili and spring onions, sliced into rings
    • grated cheese

Mix 3-4 heaped tablespoons of tomato paste with 2 tablespoons of water and spread evenly on the puff pastry. Distribute the tempeh, corn, bell pepper, chili, and spring onions, sprinkle with cheese, and roll up.

    • Hummus (ready from the deli counter or homemade)
    • Curry powder
    • 150g green pea tempeh , chopped
    • Carrot strips (peeled with a vegetable peeler)
